Seen at the LA Art Show in January 2026

Visiting the Gallery Focused LA Art Show in January 2026 was an interesting outing, with galleries representing a very diverse group of artists, as opposed to direct sales and connection with artists in booths. We did, however, manage to meet a couple of artists while there, most notably the truly talented photographer Daniel Malikyar. Other work we really enjoyed were by Sarah Fishbein, whose mosaics are absolutely luminous and fabulous, Dan May's ethereal and gentle creatures are like a warm painted hug, and then the totally juxtaposed art of Kris Kuksi would not be put of place in Stephen King's mind.
